Consentimiento y opt-in de SMS
Los consumidores pueden optar por recibir mensajes enviando START al (305) 590-8080. También podemos recopilar opt-in verbal cuando un cliente lo solicita en persona o por llamada. Al registrarse por primera vez, el cliente puede proporcionar su número telefónico y el personal puede preguntarle si desea recibir comunicaciones SMS relacionadas con facturación, cuenta, soporte y otras comunicaciones de BVN.

Cumplimiento regulatorio y tráfico no autorizado
El cliente se compromete a utilizar los servicios en cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones aplicables, incluidas las reglas aplicables de la FCC, TCPA, identificación de llamadas, spoofing, tráfico engañoso, llamadas abusivas y otras actividades prohibidas. BVN puede suspender, bloquear, restringir o terminar servicios cuando detecte o razonablemente sospeche actividad irregular, no autorizada, abusiva o ilegal.
El cliente es responsable de su uso de los servicios y acepta indemnizar a BVN por multas, penalidades, pérdidas, route blocks, costos de investigación o reclamaciones de terceros que resulten de incumplimiento atribuible al cliente, en la medida permitida por ley.
BVN puede conservar y presentar registros o evidencia a carriers, proveedores, autoridades regulatorias o gubernamentales cuando sea requerido por ley, regulación, obligaciones contractuales o deberes de cumplimiento.
Cookies e propiedad intelectual
El sitio puede utilizar cookies funcionales. Salvo indicación contraria, BVN y/o sus licenciantes conservan los derechos de propiedad intelectual de los materiales del sitio. Website use and messaging program
These terms apply to use of the BVN Telecom Group website, SMS messages, and WhatsApp conversations through +1 (305) 590-8080. Contractual terms governing telecommunications services are set out in the Master Terms & Conditions.
SMS consent and opt-in
Consumers may opt in by texting START to (305) 590-8080. BVN may also collect verbal opt-in when a customer requests it in person or by telephone. When a customer is first registered, the customer may provide a phone number and BVN staff may ask whether the customer wants to receive SMS communications related to billing, account information, support, and other BVN communications.
When opting in, customers are informed that message and data rates may apply, message frequency may vary, they may reply HELP for assistance, and STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchase.
Customers may receive billing information, technical-support requests or responses, account-related information, and — where the required consent exists — BVN promotions.
Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. BVN will process opt-out requests and may send one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for support or contact info@bvntelecomgroup.com.
Regulatory compliance and unauthorized traffic
The customer agrees to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including applicable FCC and TCPA rules, caller-ID and spoofing rules, deceptive traffic, abusive calling, and other prohibited activities. BVN may suspend, block, restrict, or terminate Services when it detects or reasonably suspects irregular, unauthorized, abusive, or unlawful activity.
The customer is responsible for its use of the Services and agrees to indemnify BVN for fines, penalties, losses, route blocks, investigation costs, or third-party claims arising from customer noncompliance, to the extent permitted by law.
BVN may preserve and provide records or technical evidence to carriers, vendors, regulators, or government authorities when required by law, regulation, contractual obligations, or compliance duties.
Cookies and intellectual property
The website may use functional cookies. Unless otherwise stated, BVN and/or its licensors own the intellectual-property rights in website materials. BVN materials may not be republished, sold, rented, reproduced, or redistributed without permission except as permitted by law.
Third-party links and services
BVN may include links or integrations provided by third parties. BVN does not control their terms, privacy, availability, or content, and use of those services may also be governed by the third party's own terms.
Changes
BVN may update these terms. Continued use after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
