Number Port-Out Policy
Customers requesting to transfer their telephone number to another carrier must maintain an active account in good standing. Port-out requests cannot be completed for accounts with past-due balances, billing disputes, service restrictions, suspension status, or other unresolved account obligations.
Following receipt and successful application of all required payments, the Port-Out PIN will be generated and delivered to the email address on file within five (5) business days.
Customers are responsible for verifying that their account and contact information remain complete, current, and accurate. Any mismatch or outdated information may result in processing delays or denial of the request.

Account Setup and Number Transfer Requirements

To establish service and process number transfer requests, customers are required to provide complete and accurate information at the time the account is opened and when requesting to transfer telephone numbers from another provider.

Failure to provide the required documentation or submission of incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable information may result in delays, rejection of the request, or inability to complete account activation or number transfer processing.

Required Documentation for Business Accounts

Customers in US opening a business account must provide the following:

  • A completed and valid Form W-9 for the business
  • A copy of the most recent bill from the current service provider or any recently statement with adress
  • A valid government-issued photo ID for the individual opening the account
  • Complete and accurate business contact information, including billing address, service address, phone number, and email address

Required Documentation for Non-U.S. Individuals and Businesses

Individuals or entities located outside the United States must provide:

  • A completed and valid Form W-8BEN, or other applicable tax documentation
  • A valid government-issued identification document for the person opening the account
  • Official legal documentation issued by the customer’s country of origin confirming the legal existence of the individual or business entity
  • Complete and accurate contact information, including business address, phone number, and email address

Acceptable supporting documentation may include certificates of incorporation, commercial registry documents, tax registration certificates, or other government-issued records containing the legal name and registration details of the business or individual.

Required Documentation for Number Transfer Requests

To transfer a telephone number from another provider, customers must also provide:

  • A copy of the most recent bill from the current service provider
  • The bill must clearly show that the telephone number belongs to the business or individual requesting the transfer
  • All relevant account information exactly as it appears with the current provider, including account holder name, billing address, account number, and any other required transfer details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted documents and account information are current, accurate, and consistent with the records of the current provider. Any discrepancies may delay or prevent successful completion of the transfer request.
