Confidentiality, Data Security, and Responsible Access

BVN Telecom Group is committed to protecting confidential business information shared by customers, vendors, partners, and authorized business parties.

Our services may include access to communication tools, dashboards, call recordings, voicemail, call logs, reports, transcriptions, AI-generated summaries, technical configurations, and other sensitive business information. BVN maintains reasonable safeguards designed to protect information stored or processed within BVN-controlled systems.

BVN does not sell, publish, or intentionally disclose customer confidential information, call recordings, dashboard data, or service-related information to unauthorized third parties. Access to customer information is limited to authorized purposes, including service delivery, technical support, billing support, troubleshooting, security, account administration, and lawful requests.

Customers are responsible for protecting their own dashboard credentials, administrator accounts, user access, passwords, devices, email accounts, and internal systems. BVN is not responsible for unauthorized access, disclosure, downloading, forwarding, publication, or misuse of information caused by a customer’s sharing, loss, compromise, or misuse of credentials, or by actions taken by the customer’s employees, contractors, agents, vendors, or authorized users.

Customers or business partners who need additional confidentiality protection may request BVN’s standard Commercial Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) before sharing confidential or proprietary information.
