Our Basic VoIP Plan is designed for businesses and professionals seeking a modern, flexible, and scalable telephone solution.

The plan includes:

• 1 business phone line with a selected area code
• Unlimited minutes within the United States
• Mobile and desktop application, compatible with:
  • Android
  • Windows PC
  • IOS
  • IPhone
• Scalable extension capacity, which means that purchasing this plan does not limit the customer to only one extension. The customer may request additional extensions at any time, subject to approval and applicable billing.
• Basic company greeting recording
• Business hours recording, ideal for informing customers about working hours, office closures, holidays, or after-hours availability

Important Note Regarding WhatsApp

Not all phone numbers are compatible with WhatsApp. If the customer requires a number enabled for WhatsApp integration or use, the customer must purchase the package that includes such functionality.

Numbers that have not been previously enabled for WhatsApp will not be able to be connected later to that platform. This condition is due to WhatsApp’s own policies and criteria, and not to any decision or limitation imposed by BVN.

Registration and Verification Requirements

To activate the service, the customer must provide complete and accurate information, whether registering as a:

• natural person / individual (ID, Utility bill)
• or
• company (EIN or Legal Documentation per Country, Utility bill, W-9 or W8BEN, ID)

BVN reserves the right to admit, validate, activate, or reject the service if the individual or company applying does not meet the documentary, administrative, technical, identity verification, or internal compliance requirements established by the company.

Billing and Payment Terms

By registering for the service, the customer expressly agrees to the monthly automatic payment method for the amount corresponding to the selected plan, according to the rate published or quoted at the time of subscription.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• the monthly charge will be processed automatically using the recurrent payment quickbooks payment method
• applicable taxes may vary depending on the customer’s location and in accordance with applicable law;
• the final invoiced amount may include taxes, regulatory charges, or other applicable fees depending on the jurisdiction.

Suspension, Loss of Number, and Additional Charges

Failure to pay an invoice by its due date will result in the immediate suspension of service.

If the invoice remains unpaid for a period of eight (8) calendar days, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they may lose the assigned telephone number, without liability to BVN.

Reactivation of the service, when applicable, will be subject to:

• reconnection fees
• full payment of the outstanding balance
• operational validation and number availability

Additionally, any payment rejected due to:

• insufficient funds,
• credit card rejection,
• chargeback,
• or any other cause attributable to the customer,

will incur an administrative fee of US$30.00 for each rejected or returned payment attempt.
